4.0 out of 5 stars Great phone with one exception
The display is gorgeous and battery is good BUT your wifi and mobile keep disconnecting and you have to go in and set it up again

4.0 out of 5 stars Works fine
I have an MVNO that runs off T-Mobile.
Minor annoyance is the Date seems stuck on the Home Screen on what would be on the 2nd row of Icons, and you can’t remove it or move it. So I moved all the Icons I want to a window next to it and swipe over to it.
It also comes with a lot of Apps I simple don’t want, would like to remove, but cannot.
Not having 5G is a non-issue. Whay pay more for a phone that has it when one can do without. GSM 4G is expected to be around another 10 years.

3.0 out of 5 stars ok
It works, processor is slow. Sometimes the button needs to be tapped twice. It needs a second to think. It moves slower than I think it should. For the money it’s a good deal. Don’t expect performance like brand name phones. You get what you pay for.

5.0 out of 5 stars first smart phone
This is my first smart phone. I finally had to give up my flip phone. It’s all new to me. I had a few questions , which might be considered simple by others, but the customer service of the seller was quick to politely reply and answer my questions. So far it’s excellent customer service and tech support. Seller’s representative, Joanna, has been very helpful. My much more tech knowledgeable friends really like this phone and the price as well.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great phone, lots of features
This phone arrived quickly and on time. It has a big screen and battery lasts for a long time. Overall, if you are looking for something practical and cheap, it can be the right choice.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not Version compatible!!
Ordered it online, took it to Verizon, switched everything over, then I found out it is NOT Verizon compatible. So disappointed and frustrated. Then took it to another carrier and they told me it was only a 2g phone. When I was shopping I typed in 5g, 138 mg etc. WTF

5.0 out of 5 stars So far so good!
Great phone for the money! If they can improve the battery life, it would be a perfect phone. Overall… Great phone!

4.0 out of 5 stars It’s cheap, but just get something used and you’ll save money and have a better phone
I’m going to get this out of the way, I did try a Cricket (which is AT&T) SIM, it did not work. It looked like it did but data didn’t work and a few minutes later I got an angry text from Cricket about the incompatible device, so don’t use this if you’re using AT&T’s network.
The short version is this. The build quality is okay, and it does come with a case and preapplied screen protector, but just buy a refurb Samsung Galaxy S9 or a Google Pixel 3/3 XL which despite being older will be heaps faster than this thing and have a better camera. I’m being pretty generous with the rating (of course with the idea that this is a cheap phone), but the Ulefone isn’t fast and doesn’t feel extremely responsive. Maybe it’s good for a kid’s phone to get them used to slower devices, but you can buy something much cheaper than that compared to a brand new phone. Get a used/refurb older Android flagship phone and you’ll actually be saving money while getting a better phone compared to this.
Regardless, let’s talk a bit more about this phone. The Note13P is plastic on the back but it’s not really cheap plastic. The display has enough pixels for you to not notice the resolution, and it does run stock Android 11. I’m not sure about how well it’s going to be supported in the future though with software. The camera’s not the best, and funnily enough there’s 3 cutouts for cameras but only 2 of them even supposedly have camera sensors, but the front camera is a punchhole camera and it’s not that large.
It does have dual SIM cards and in addition to the 2 SIM cards a micro-SD card. All 3 live on the same tray, and it’s nice that you can have both SIM cards and the micro SD card if you wanted to. The speaker isn’t stereo and it’s not great, but it does have a headphone jack and the type-C I think is running at USB3 speeds. There’s a custom button on the left side of the phone that you can map to open up different apps, but by default it’s not mapped to anything which I think is a good thing. The power button is also the fingerprint sensor, the sensor works fine, however the phone’s slow to the point where you’ll feel like the fingerprint sensor is slow for some reason when waking up the phone. It does have face unlock but that’s just through image recognition, there’s no IR emitters so it doesn’t have the more secure face Unlock.
The software is practically stock Android, which is good. Some things may feel very slow however simply because the Mediatek Helio G35, the chip used in this device, is simply not very powerful. It’s good enough for some work and I don’t fault Ulefone, it is a very budget device, it’s just that you might want to curb your expectations, because the physical hardware, although with the plastic, doesn’t feel flimsy at all. It’s a big display with plenty of pixels and even with the included case off it still feels decent.
The main issue I ran into was auto-display brightness, a pretty essential feature of a phone that’s disabled by default. Enabling it can sometimes get you very inconsistent brightness setting, where the phone will typically set the display too bright.
Overall, if you have to buy a cheap, new phone, this thing is fine. If you are trying to spend little money and get a phone, there’s much better options out there used/refurb that’s cheaper and faster than this thing.
